Armored Vehicles for Vancouver

We deliver to Vancouver via enclosed flatbed transport from our Vaughan facility — door-to-door in 6 to 8 days depending on seasonal road conditions. For armored builds, the delivery is fully insured, the vehicle is covered for the entire journey, and a real-time tracking link is provided to your team. We can deliver to a residential address, a private garage you control, your security firm’s facility, a third-party logistics partner or a port facility for trans-shipment to Asia. Land delivery is included in the build cost for any contract over CAD $200,000.

For clients who need faster delivery — typically because of a family arrival or a corporate event — we offer air-freight via Toronto Pearson Cargo to Vancouver International. Air freight cuts transit to 36-48 hours but adds CAD $22,000 to $42,000 depending on vehicle size. This is the standard option for our pre-built stock vehicles when a Vancouver client wants delivery within a week of contract.

For Vancouver-based clients who want a Canadian-built armored vehicle and prefer dealing with a domestic manufacturer (no cross-border customs, Canadian-dollar pricing, Canadian warranty law), Exec Armor is one of two or three options at our quality level — and the only one whose entire build process happens in a single Vaughan facility under direct quality control. Our Canadian-built status also matters for clients who export the finished vehicle to international destinations: a vehicle armored in Canada under the CAN-BR standard is easier to register in many Commonwealth countries than one armored in the US under the equivalent UL standard.

For Vancouver-based clients who plan to keep the vehicle locally in BC for the long term, we recommend annual service trips back to Vaughan (typically by enclosed transport for the round trip), or partnering with one of our two approved Lower Mainland independent shops for routine mechanical work. We send certified armored-vehicle technicians out from Vaughan once per quarter to inspect partner-shop work and handle major armor-related service on-site.

We rarely build armored pickups for Vancouver clients — the use case isn’t there the way it is in Calgary.
