Yes. We deliver to addresses across the City of Toronto and every municipality in the Greater Toronto Area — including North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Richmond Hill, Aurora and Oakville. Delivery is included in every build at no additional charge within a 200-kilometre radius of our Vaughan facility. For sensitive deliveries, we offer covered enclosed transport and discreet handover at a location of your choice — your residence, a parking garage you control, your security firm’s facility or a third-party logistics partner.

If you prefer to take delivery in person, our Vaughan showroom is a 25-minute drive up Highway 400 from downtown Toronto. We schedule delivery walk-throughs Monday through Friday, with appointments available outside business hours on request. Most Toronto-based clients pick up the vehicle themselves with a senior specialist riding shotgun for the first 30 minutes of driver familiarisation. The complete handover takes about ninety minutes from arrival to departure.

Standard armored builds from our Vaughan facility run 10 to 16 weeks for Toronto-area clients — the same as any custom build. Because there is no international shipping or customs paperwork involved, the entire timeline is build time only. For Toronto clients on a tight schedule, our pre-built stock vehicles — currently a Cadillac Escalade B6, a Lexus LX 600 B6 and a Ford Transit B4 — can be delivered within two weeks of contract.

If your timeline is dictated by a specific event (a corporate move-in, a family relocation, a security-detail rotation), tell us at the consultation and we’ll either commit to your date with a delivery guarantee or recommend a fastest-path alternative. We keep two priority production slots reserved at all times for mission-critical Toronto-area builds — these slots are not advertised but are available on inquiry.

Yes. Privately-owned armored vehicles up to BR7 protection level are legal to own and register in Ontario for civilian use. The vehicle is registered with Ontario’s Ministry of Transportation exactly like the unarmored equivalent — as an SUV, sedan, truck or van. No special permit is required for civilian ownership. Insurance is available through standard high-net-worth insurers (Chubb, Aviva Private Clients, AIG Private Client) at a modest premium over the unarmored vehicle’s policy.

For operational features that fall outside private civilian use — emergency lighting, a siren, a public-address system, a smoke screen or any aftermarket modifications regulated by the Highway Traffic Act — we walk you through the legality during the consultation and either build a compliant version or omit the feature for road-going builds. Our vehicle armoring spec is always confirmed against Ontario law before contract.
