Exec Armor (“Exec Armor,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is an armored vehicle manufacturer based at 130 Snidercroft Rd., Unit 1-3, Vaughan, Ontario, L4K 2K1, Canada. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at execarmor.com (the “Site”), how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights available to you. It is written to align with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy law.
Discretion is central to our business. Many of our clients have heightened personal-security and confidentiality needs, and our handling of personal information reflects that. By using the Site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information in two ways:
1.1 Information you provide directly
When you complete a quote request or contact form, or email or call us, we collect the information you choose to share. This typically includes your name, email address, telephone number, the vehicle or service you are interested in, and the content of your message. You decide how much to tell us; only your name and email are required to receive a response.
1.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, pages viewed and the dates/times of access. We use this information for analytics, security and to improve the Site. See Section 5 (Cookies & Tracking) and Section 6 (Third-Party Services) for details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiries, prepare quotes and provide consultations;
- Manage build projects, deliveries, maintenance and after-sales support;
- Communicate with you about your vehicle, service or request;
- Operate, secure, analyze and improve the Site;
- Detect and prevent spam, fraud and abuse of our forms; and
- Comply with legal, regulatory and customs obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell your personal information.
3. Legal Basis & Consent
We collect, use and disclose personal information with your consent, which you provide when you submit a form or otherwise contact us, or as otherwise permitted or required by law. Where appropriate, consent may be express (for example, submitting a quote request) or implied (for example, continuing to browse the Site with cookies enabled). You may withdraw your consent at any time as described in Section 9, subject to legal and contractual restrictions.
4. How We Share Your Information
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only in the limited circumstances below:
- Service providers. We use trusted third parties to operate the Site and our business — including email delivery, website hosting, analytics and spam protection (see Section 6). These providers may process your information only on our instructions and only to perform services for us.
- Legal and regulatory requirements. We may disclose information where required by law, court order, customs regulation, or to protect the rights, safety and property of Exec Armor, our clients or others.
- Business transfers. If Exec Armor is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
Inquiries are handled by a small senior team bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not publicly identify clients or client vehicles without explicit written consent.
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to function, to remember preferences, to measure traffic and to improve performance. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; note that disabling some cookies may affect how the Site functions.
We use the following categories of cookies and tracking:
- Essential — required for core Site functionality and security.
- Analytics — via Google Tag Manager and associated Google analytics tools, to understand how visitors use the Site (see Section 6).
- Security — via Google reCAPTCHA, to protect our forms from spam and abuse (see Section 6).
6. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics — for tag management and website analytics. Data handling is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
- Google reCAPTCHA (v3) — to protect our forms from automated abuse. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information for security analysis.
- Email delivery — form submissions are transmitted to our team by email through a secure SMTP service so we can respond to your request.
These providers may process information on servers located outside Canada, including in the United States (see Section 8).
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain our client and build records, and to meet legal, accounting, warranty and customs obligations. Client build records and shipping documents are retained for the period required by Canadian customs law (generally seven years), after which they are securely destroyed. Website enquiry data that does not lead to an engagement is retained for a shorter period and then deleted.
8. International Data Transfers
Exec Armor operates in Canada and serves clients in more than 40 countries. Some of our service providers (for example, Google) process data on servers outside Canada, including in the United States. Where personal information is transferred outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of the destination jurisdiction. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information receives a comparable level of protection wherever it is processed.

10. Data Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, theft and unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections, internal records are access-restricted, and our team is bound by confidentiality obligations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for adults and for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
