Vaughan is our hometown. Our 28,000-square-foot manufacturing facility at 130 Snidercroft Road sits in the heart of Vaughan’s industrial north end — minutes from Highway 400, Highway 407 and Highway 7. Every armored SUV, sedan, truck and limousine Exec Armor builds rolls out of this building. For Vaughan-based clients, that means the easiest, most-direct path to an armored vehicle anywhere in the world.
Buying an armored vehicle from a manufacturer in your own city is a different experience. You can drop in for a coffee and a showroom walk-through any weekday. You can watch your own vehicle on the build line at any stage. You can pick up spare parts in person. Maintenance and servicing happen at our facility, and routine service visits are typically same-day. For corporate clients with offices in Vaughan, Concord, Woodbridge or Maple — and for individual buyers across York Region — Exec Armor is the only armored-vehicle manufacturer you don’t need a plane to visit.

Yes — we welcome facility visits by appointment. Our showroom typically has two to four completed armored vehicles on display, plus our workshop hosts in-progress builds at various stages. A standard tour runs about ninety minutes and includes the showroom, an active build bay (security permitting on the specific build that day), our materials laboratory where we cut and test armor steel, our transparent-armor lamination room where ballistic glass is built, and our QA inspection bay.
For Vaughan locals, we book most facility tours Monday through Friday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Eastern. After-hours and weekend tours are available on request for clients with scheduling constraints. We do not charge for facility tours and there is no obligation to proceed with a build. Many of our Vaughan-area clients visit two or three times before commissioning a vehicle. Tea, coffee and water are on offer; lunch is on us for tours that run past noon.
For our in-stock pre-built vehicles, yes — typically with one to two business days of paperwork lead time. Our current stock includes a Cadillac Escalade B6, Lexus LX 600 B6 and Ford Transit B4, all completed, ballistic-tested and road-ready. From signed contract and cleared funds to vehicle in your hand is usually 48 to 72 hours. Insurance binding (which we can arrange through our broker partner if you don’t have an existing high-net-worth carrier) typically takes 24 hours after the build sheet is provided.
For custom builds, the timeline runs 10 to 16 weeks regardless of where you’re based. Local Vaughan clients often visit during the build for spec confirmations and progress checks — a luxury international clients don’t have. We’ve had Vaughan clients drop by every week of their build, which we welcome as long as appointments are pre-scheduled with our project manager.
Yes — we are the only end-to-end armored vehicle manufacturer headquartered in Vaughan, and one of only a handful in all of Ontario. The Toronto region is home to two of the world’s largest armored-vehicle companies, but Exec Armor is the only one whose entire build line — engineering, machine shop, ballistic-steel fabrication, transparent-armor lamination, body shop, interior trim, paint, and final assembly — happens in a single facility in Vaughan. We do not subcontract armor work to third parties.
For Vaughan and York Region clients, this matters in two ways. First, build quality control is tighter because every step happens under one roof. Second, our presence here means we hire locally and contribute to the Vaughan industrial economy — many of our skilled tradespeople live in Maple, Woodbridge, Concord or Richmond Hill. We’re proud to be a Vaughan-grown business serving clients around the world.
